I can recall more than once I showed my guests from Europe and America our Da Lat’s special foods & coffee, and what always has been stayed in my memory is their surprise & happiness when they try the specialties. They told me that they have never tried something that good & fresh like that before and they meant it in such a positive way. The avocado with coconut ice cream, the local Arabica coffee, the Nem Nuong rolling with rice paper,… everything seems so new, strange and yet really tasty and healthy.
Personally, I really enjoy seeing people being happy and delight during my tour which really motivates me to keep doing this meaning work and helps myself more creative and joyful.

Kem Bơ:
Kem Bơ is one of DaLat singature treats, contains fresh local avocado blended with sweetened condensed milk, coconut icecream, coconut milk & coconut dried or peanut roasted on top, a great combination that will enhance your Vietnamse cuisine experience.

Arabica egg coffee, coconut coffee, salted coffee:
On my tour, you will be able to try the best coffee in Viet Nam, period!

Bánh Căn:
Bánh Căn is a popular, beloved street food—a small, savory, charcoal-grilled rice flour pancake often topped with quail egg or chicken egg. Served hot in pairs with a unique dipping sauce containing meatballs (xíu mại), green onions, and sometimes fish sauce, it is a perfect, savory comfort dish for the cool highland climate.

Nem Nướng
Grilled pork rolled in rice paper with veggie
Nem nướng is a beloved Vietnamese dish of savory, grilled ground pork skewers originating from Ninh Hòa (near Nha Trang). These aromatic, charred pork meatballs are often served as a DIY wrap platter with fresh herbs, crunchy vegetables, pickled carrot, crispy rice paper, and a thick, savory-sweet peanut dipping sauce.

Beef Phở:
Beef Phở (Phở bò) is a quintessential Vietnamese noodle soup featuring a fragrant, slow-cooked beef bone broth, tender rice noodles, and thin slices of beef. Originating in the early 20th century, it is a staple breakfast food often topped with fresh herbs, onions, and lime, balancing savory, sweet, and aromatic spices.
